Cancellation Policy

QUICK SUMMARY

Orders can be cancelled BEFORE DISPATCH ONLY.

Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted — you may instead initiate a return as per our Return Policy.

CUSTOMER-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS

• You may cancel your order WITHIN 24 HOURS of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched

• To cancel, contact us at jalshuddhi@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation

• If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible

CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH IS NOT PERMITTED

Please ensure your order details (address, product, quantity) are correct before confirming payment.

CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH

If an order is cancelled after it has been dispatched:

• The cancellation request will not be honoured

• You may refuse delivery; however, reverse shipping charges will be deducted

• No monetary refund will be issued — store credit may be offered at our discretion

JAL SHUDDHI-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

• Product is out of stock or unavailable for delivery to your location

• Suspected fraudulent transaction or misuse of discounts/offers

• Pricing or listing errors on the website

• Incomplete or incorrect delivery address that cannot be verified

In such cases, you will be notified via email and a store credit equivalent to the order value will be issued.

    “Order Cancellation — [Your Order ID]”
  2. Include your registered mobile number and reason for cancellation
  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and respond within 1 business day
