RETURN ELIGIBILITY
A return request will be considered if:
• The return is requested within 7 DAYS from the date of delivery
• The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
• All original accessories, manuals, and box contents are intact
• Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is provided
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Products that have been used, installed, or assembled
• Items returned after 7 days from delivery date
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
• Items with missing original packaging or accessories
REFUND POLICY
Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the customer’s original payment method used during the purchase.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment mode (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.) within 7–10 business days after the return is approved and the product passes the quality inspection process.
Please note:
• Refunds will only be applicable for eligible returns approved by Jal Shuddhi.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
In case of manufacturing defects, customers may also opt for a replacement product, subject to availability.
